Sampoorna Mahamrityunjaya Mantra
– ॐ ह्रौं जूं सः। ॐ भूः भुवः स्वः। ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम्। उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान्मृत्योर्मुक्षीय माऽमृतात्। स्वः भुवः भूः ॐ। सः जूं ह्रौं ॐ ॥

* Chanting this mantra while bathing while pouring water from the body on the body gives health benefits.
So Chanting this mantra while staring at milk and then drinking that milk also helps in protecting youth.
* Chanting the mantra in a vessel filled with water and immediately after drinking the water, the water becomes obsolete. This water is effective in every disease. Keep in mind that this is how a healthy person should do the work of changing water. Not an asthmatic patient or a person suffering from any other disease. You can give water to a sick person to drink.
