Pandava-Draupadi Marriage –After Arjuna conquered Draupadi at Swayamvara, the five Pandavas took Draupadi along, where they were residing with their mother Kunti.
Arjun called out from the door and said to his mother – “Mother! Today we have brought a wonderful begging for you.”

On that, Kunti said from within – “Son, you people consume it among yourself.” Later on Kunti became very remorseful after learning that begging was as a bride, but Draupadi accepted the five Pandavas as her husband to prove the mother’s words to be true.
After some time after reaching the Pandavas with Draupadi to their residence, Krishna followed them there. Krishna received his blessing by touching the feet of his aunt Kunti and embraced all the Pandavas.
After the formalities were completed, Yudhishthira asked Krishna – “O Dwarikadhish! How did you recognize us in this unknown place?” Krishna replied- “After seeing the might of Bhima and Arjuna, how could I not recognize you guys?” After meeting everyone, Krishna went to his city of Dwarka.
At the time of Draupadi’s swayamvara, along with Duryodhana, Drupada, Dhritadyumna and many others had suspected that they were Brahmin Pandavas.
To test him, Drupada sent Dhrishtadyumna and summoned him to his kingdom. In Rajprasad, Drupada and Dhrishtadyumna showed the first treasury, but the Pandavas did not show any interest in Ratnabhushanas and Ratna-Manikya etc. kept there.
But when they went to the armory, they all showed great interest in the weapons kept there and kept the weapons of their choice. His activity convinced Drupada that he was a warrior as a Brahmin.
Drupada asked Yudhishthira- “O Arya! Seeing your valor, I am convinced that you are not Brahmins. Please show yourself properly.”
Hearing his words, Yudhishthira said- “Rajan! Your statement is literally true. We are Pandu’s son Pandavas. I am Yudhishthira and he is my brother Bhima, Arjuna, Nakula and Sahadev. Our mother Kunti is in your palace with your daughter Draupadi.” Huh.”
Listening to Yudhishthira, Drupada was very pleased and said – “Today God listened to me. I wanted my daughter to be married to Pandu’s mighty son Arjun. I arrange Arjun and Draupadi’s duly married today. . ” On this Yudhishthira said- “Rajan! Draupadi is to be married to all five of us brothers. ” Hearing this, Drupada was surprised and said – “How is it possible? A man may have many wives, but a woman may have five husbands, it has never been seen or heard.”
Yudhishthira said- “Rajan! I never make false speech nor do any action against religion or scripture. Our mother has ordered all our brothers to consume Draupadi and I disobey mother’s command Never can. ”
At the same time, the Ved Vyas resided there and he told Drupada that he was pleased with the penance in Draupadi’s previous birth and gave the promise of Shankar to receive five mighty husbands by God. Listening to the words of Ved Vyasa, the suspicion of Drupada came to an end and he performed his daughter Draupadi’s palanquin ritual with great pomp with the five Pandavas.
The special thing happened in this marriage, that Devarshi Narada himself visited and blessed Draupadi to become Kanyarup every day. The talk of the Pandavas being alive and getting married to Draupadi quickly spread everywhere.
